3rd Montreal-area senior dies this week after being found outdoors in freezing cold

A 78-year-old man died in the cold Friday morning outside a social housing building where he resided on Montreal’s North Shore. This is the third time this week that a senior in the greater Montreal area was reported to have died after being found outside.
