Châteauguay, Que., group wants to share Irish heritage with younger community members

The Châteauguay and Valley Irish Heritage Association held its St. Patrick’s Day parade on Saturday, with representatives from across southern Quebec taking part. Spokesperson Tiffany Dickie explains how the association has evolved over the last 20 years, and why it’s hoping to attract a younger demographic.
