Exo to cut 73 jobs as it trims spending under Quebec mandate

The public transit agency Exo is cutting 73 positions — representing 11 per cent of its workforce — and preparing for service reductions as it trims its annual budget by 0.4 per cent from last year as part of a three-year optimization plan announced last December.
