Free thrift event creates safe space for trans and non-binary community in Montreal
A free thrift event, organized by the T’es mon genre social club, allows participants to take clothes at no cost, helping those who may need to rebuild their wardrobes after coming out. In a time of rising anti-trans rhetoric, organizers say the impact goes beyond affordability.
