Haitian-Quebec figure skater wants to inspire more Black people to take up the sport
Bryana Megan Petit Frère, founder of Briser La Glace, a Montreal-area organization, aims to break the glass ceiling in figure skating. Through lessons and live performances showcasing the cultures of Black communities, the group wants to help Black skaters reach the sport’s highest competitive levels.
