Hochelaga Street bike path plan scaled back in Montreal
Plans for a new bike path along Hochelaga Street have been abruptly scaled back, stopping short of the eastern reach originally promised to Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve residents. Borough councillor Sarah Doyon expressed shock at the decision, slamming the lack of public consultation.
