It’s been 30 years since the House of Commons recognized a motion to designate February as Black History Month in Canada. But what does that history look like in the arts? Comic book and video game artist, Lateef Martin and rapper and author Aly Ndiaye, better known as Webster, take a look at Black arts traditions in Quebec.
