Legault shows openness to 3rd link demands, immigration in meeting with Quebec City mayor
Quebec Premier François Legault made a stop at city hall in Quebec City Tuesday morning to meet with Mayor Bruno Marchand, who was re-elected for a second term in November. During the official visit, the two discussed planned infrastructure projects including the third link and the possibility of modifying the proposed route.
