New award honours beloved Concordia men’s basketball timekeeper Hannah Lusthaus
Hannah Lusthaus worked for 14 years as a member on the Concordia men’s basketball team. CBC’s Debra Arbec met her 15 years ago when she was a “Montrealer of the Week.” Hannah passed away in November 2025. A new award is being established to honour the timekeeper’s memory. Arbec met John Dore, former coach of the Concordia men’s basketball team, and Evelyn Lusthaus, Hannah’s mother, to talk about Hannah’s legacy.
