Quebec to begin digitizing health records — but some patients should expect delays

Santé Québec is rolling out its digital health record pilot project on May 9 in two regions. To allow health-care professionals to adapt to the new system, Santé Québec says there will be a gradual and temporary reduction of non-urgent services in those areas.
