THE 2ND CHINA (ZHEJIANG) OVERSEAS CHINESE NEW GENERATION INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP CONFERENCE PROJECT SELECTION COMPETITION FINALS HELD IN WENZHOU, ZHEJIANG
Wenzhou, Zhejiang Dec 10, 2024, On December 10, The 2nd China (Zhejiang) Overseas Chinese New Generation Innovation & Entrepreneurship Conference Project Selection Competition Finals was held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang.
Since the launch in September 2024 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, the competition has called for projects from around the world, receiving a total of 355 submissions from both domestic and international participants. After multiple rounds of preliminary, qualifying, and semi-final competitions, 20 projects advanced to the finals, divided into 8 High-tech Group projects and 12 Growth Group projects.

At the finals, project leaders delivered presentations focusing on aspects such as team background, technological advantages, market potential, and future plans. Among the competing projects were cutting-edge technological innovations aimed at overcoming critical challenges, as well as industrial projects with promising development prospects.
Seven judges evaluated the projects on-site based on five criteria: innovation, feasibility, market potential, entrepreneurial team capabilities, and practical implementation. In the High-Tech category, the awards included one first prize, two second prizes, and five third prizes. In the Growth category, one first prize, three second prizes, and eight third prizes were awarded. (Written by Huang Jia)
