Travel plans scrambled as Air Canada halts flights to Cuba amid fuel shortages

Air Canada is cancelling flights to Cuba as the Caribbean country rations fuel. This is due to the United States blocking Venezuela’s exports and threatening to put tariffs on any country that supplies Cuba with oil. This has caught some Montreal travellers off guard.
