Emergency shelter opens for people in Côte Saint-Luc, NDG for second night as power outage drags on
Hydro-Québec says it is working to bring back power to customers in the Côte Saint-Luc and NDG areas, but that some people may have to wait until Monday. Meanwhile, the Canadian Red Cross has opened an emergency shelter at the Côte-des-Neiges community centre for people in those areas who don’t have power at home.
