Quebec politicians, business leaders rally behind Carney’s Davos speech
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Mark Carney delivered a speech in Davos, Switzerland, where he said the longstanding U.S.-led international order is over. Quebec politicians, business leaders and Premier François Legault, who hasn’t always agreed with Carney, have reacted mostly favourably.
