Silex Holdings Targets Expanded Construction Markets in 2027

RJD Green’s Silex Holdings Division continues to provide installed stone countertops, cabinetry, doors, hardware and related products to residential builders, commercial contractors, remodeling contractors and retail customers.

The division recently completed an approximately $850,000 apartment project, supplying stone countertops, cabinetry, doors and hardware.

For 2027, management plans to pursue selected housing markets and increase its focus on commercial construction projects.

Through its JSI Products Division, Silex also intends to broaden its product and service offerings, expand into markets beyond construction and increase its service reach to an approximately 150-mile radius. Management states that the planned product expansion will not require additional inventory stocking.

Ron Brewer, CEO of RJD Green Inc., commented:

“Silex continues its progression in solidifying long-term relationships with valued clients in the construction industry by providing a custom-quality product with fast turnaround times on our clients’ orders. We feel close attention to the changing market sectors and the individual needs of each market, will further assist Silex Holdings to continue regional expansion, creating ongoing additional profitable revenue while searching for appropriate acquisitions that would consolidate a larger six-state regional position.”

The division’s strategy emphasizes strengthening existing customer relationships, expanding its commercial project portfolio and identifying acquisition opportunities that could support a broader regional presence.

IoSoft Services Advances Healthcare Technology and Software Expansion

RJD Green’s Healthcare Services Division, IoSoft Services, continues to pursue business relationships with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and other organizations in the healthcare payment and claims administration sectors.

According to management, IoSoft is currently servicing contracts that are generating revenue.

The company has also established software development alliances involving shared marketing and product development initiatives.

As part of its expansion strategy, IoSoft is evaluating the potential merger or acquisition of one to three smaller software development businesses. The objective is to broaden its software offerings across healthcare, insurance, legal, hospitality and financial services.

IoSoft Suites: Integrated Claims and Payment Management

IoSoft’s software portfolio combines payment processing capabilities with claims processing, adjudication, multilevel communications and data collection systems.

The company’s solutions are designed to support claims pricing, payment administration and workflow efficiency. Individual components may be deployed independently or as part of an integrated claims and payment management system.

IoSoft also offers automated claims adjudication software intended to support payer-specific processing requirements, customer engagement and operational scalability.

Management sees opportunities to expand these capabilities into additional industries where payment administration, workflow automation and data management are important operational requirements.

Earthlinc Environmental Services Pursues Development Initiatives

RJD Green’s Earthlinc Environmental Services Division continues to pursue environmental technology and development opportunities.

Current activities include a product development program utilizing Agrico Corp.’s forestation processes.

The division is also involved in a joint-venture initiative with Winport Inc. focused on international land development and environmental reclamation.

The initiative includes potential applications of RJD Green’s patented animal-waste recycling and repurposing technology.

These activities form part of the company’s longer-term strategy to identify commercial opportunities involving environmental services and resource recovery technologies.

Management’s Outlook for 2027

RJD Green’s management intends to focus on three principal growth priorities during 2027: expanding Silex Holdings’ residential and commercial construction business, developing IoSoft’s software platforms and acquisition opportunities, and advancing Earthlinc’s environmental initiatives.

The company also continues to evaluate strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions that management believes may offer opportunities at favorable valuations.

RJD Green plans to provide further shareholder updates as material business developments occur.
