Urgences-santé reports 2nd busiest day in its history

Urgences-santé spokesperson Alexandre Sapone says the ambulance service, which covers the Montreal and Laval regions, received over 1,000 calls on Monday — a day marked by freezing rain in Montreal and much of southern Quebec.
