6)Eat healthy food that’s good for your teeth

7)Don’t use your teeth as tools
It might be tempting to open a bag of chips or tear off a clothing tag with your teeth — but don’t do it. Using your teeth as tools can cause them to chip, crack or wear down faster. Always use scissors or the right tool for the job. You should only use your teeth for chewing food!
8)Visit the dentist regularly (even if you feel fine)
