Cyclists protest Montreal borough’s decision to close section of bike path this winter
A portion of the path on Lajoie Avenue in the Outremont borough, which was open last winter, will be closed off this season. Despite the move coming from the borough, it’s raising concerns about whether there will be similar closures under the City of Montreal’s new administration.
